A club that focuses on horseback riding and proper care of horses.

Clubs

TAG
Students who are academically gifted often participate in the Talented and Gifted (TAG) program. Each year focuses on one particular area of study, such as Middle Eastern Culture, Natural Science, or Environmental Studies. There's a day-long field trip once a year, and several after school activities scheduled throughout the school year.

Choir
Must be enrolled in the choir elective course to participate. Students put on performances three times a year, singing songs ranging from classical choral ensembles to modern renditions of popular showtunes.

Drama
The drama club puts on school plays twice a year. Students do not need to be enrolled in the drama class to participate in drama club, but those in class are more likely to be chosen for leading roles in the shows.

Band
Students are expected to take instrument lessons outside of class, but instruments will be provided for band participants. Members of the band typically perform at outdoor sporting events and in the homecoming parade.

Newspaper/Yearbook
This club is responsible for publishing the school's monthly newspaper. Students are encouraged to write articles, editorials, publish cartoons, run ads, and keep the student body informed of current local events.

Meetings: Tuesdays from 4 - 5 p.m.; "all nighter" on the last Friday of each month from 3-8 p.m. with pizza provided.

Spirit Team
Members of the spirit team typically rally student morale during sporting events and pep assemblies. They are also responsible for posting encouraging posters to the lockers of students in competitive events. Some gymnastic experience is usually required in order to make the team.

Arts & Crafts
A place for students to freely pursue their artistic talents, such as painting, sewing, and sculpting, with the aid of school-provided materials. Because of the cost of these materials, club members are often expected to hold fundraising events to support their club activities.

Speech & Debate
A club dedicated to helping students improve their public speaking skills with a variety of different events, a debate team, and a student congress. Enrollment in the Public Speaking class is encouraged, but not required.
